Teresa Sokolik

Teresa Sokolik has accumulated extensive experience in tax and treasury roles throughout their career. Teresa started as a Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1994 and later served as Director of Treasury & Tax at Sterling Commerce, Inc., an IBM Company. Teresa then moved on to Liqui-Box as Director of Tax & Treasury before taking on the role of Tax Director - Americas Region at Exact. Most recently, they have been working as Tax Director at ECi Software Solutions since 2017.

Teresa Sokolik earned a BA in Sociology from UCLA from 1981 to 1986. Teresa then pursued a MS in Accountancy from the University of Houston from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
