Tim Watkins

Tim Watkins has a diverse range of work experience. Tim began their career in client relations and coordinator roles at The College Partnership from 2001 to 2005. Tim then moved on to ThermoServ, where they served as the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager from 2005 to 2007 and later as the Western Region Marketing and Sales Manager from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they joined FedEx as a Senior Account Executive from 2009 to 2012 and then in a business sales role as a Field Account Executive from 2012 to 2014. Tim then transitioned to Buxton as the Director of Sales from 2014 to 2017. Tim further worked at 247Sports as the Publisher for BearsIllustrated.com covering Baylor Bears news and notes from 2012 to 2023. Later, Tim served in various sales roles at ECI Software Solutions from 2018, including Regional Sales Executive from 2018 to 2021, National Sales Manager for M1 Manufacturing from 2021 to 2023, and Vice President of New System Sales starting in 2023. Currently, they also hold the role of Board Member for the Texas Chapter at the Precision Metalforming Association.

Tim Watkins attended James Martin High School from 1997 to 2000. Tim then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business from 2000 to 2004. Tim also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in 2021 related to leadership, bias, adaptability, communication, sales, and productivity.
