Carolina Baltazar

Carolina Baltazar is a communications professional with a diverse background in marketing, project management, and international relations. Currently serving as a Communications Officer at Health Care Without Harm Europe since June 2024, Carolina has also held the position of Marketing and Communications Assistant at the ECIIA since May 2018 and worked as an Assistant Project Manager at the Assembly of European Regions from August 2017 to March 2018. Previous experience includes an internship at Cooperativa de Artesanato da Nossa Senhora da Paz in August 2016. Carolina holds a Licenciatura in International Relations from Universidade do Minho and Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Community Policies and Territorial Cooperation at Universidade do Minho.
