Derek Gemmell

Derek Gemmell currently serves as the Product Development Manager at the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) since September 2018, where the focus is on enhancing skills for both craft and technical personnel as well as office-based staff in the engineering construction sector. Simultaneously, Derek holds the position of Health and Safety Advisor with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) since October 2015. Previously, Derek worked as an Aircraft Fitter at Cobham from 2009 to 2011.
