Chad Shanehchian

Chad Shanehchian has an extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Chad began their career at EmLogis, Inc. in 2006 as a Software Designer. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Software Engineer at Imedia.it, Inc., where they engineered software solutions for clients in the U.S. Army, Navy, and Oil/Gas sectors. Chad then joined LSI in 2010 as a Software Engineer, where they continued to develop software solutions. In 2011, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Lopez Negrete Communications, focusing on engineering web and social media applications for clients such as Verizon and Walmart. Chad later transitioned to the role of Software Architect, where they designed software solutions and managed project processes for Verizon and Walmart clients. In 2014, Chad was promoted to Director of Software Engineering at Lopez Negrete Communications, leading and managing a cross-functional software department and overseeing the delivery of software projects for various clients. In 2017, they joined cPanel as a UI Developer, where they improved URL structure validation for DNS systems, modernized the master layout architecture of the WHM product, and integrated source code management and deployment tools. Chad was later promoted to Software Engineering Manager in 2018 at cPanel, where they led a large team of engineers and QA personnel, delivered high-profile projects, and implemented new processes and procedures to improve software quality and performance.
