Bob Plebanski is a senior associate at Eckenhoff Saunders Architects (ESA), where a career spanning over 35 years has been dedicated to managing complex projects with extensive consultant teams and challenging construction operations. Plebanski has played a key role in developing quality control procedures and standards for construction document development, as well as addressing the integration of BIM software. Prior to ESA, Plebanski worked as an architect at Ed Lugowski Architects from March 1986 to April 1988. Plebanski holds a Professional Degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago.
