Gabriel Esparza

Gabriel Esparza has a diverse range of work experience. Gabriel started their career as a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn in 2013. Gabriel then worked as a Senior Resident Advisor/Leasing Agent at American Campus Communities from 2014 to 2017. In 2016, they also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at The University of New Mexico for a brief period. From 2017 to 2018, Gabriel worked as a Residential Living Supervisor and Career Counselor at Alutiiq, LLC, where they provided career development services to students and managed their progress. In 2021, they became a CPP & Counseling Manager at Aleut Federal, where they managed multiple departments and implemented improvements for student performance. Currently, Gabriel holds the position of Director of Education and Training at Eckerd Connects, where they oversee staff and ensures compliance with organizational goals.
