Heather Whitethorn is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in budget management and financial oversight. Currently serving as Finance Manager for Workforce Development at Eckerd Connects since March 2023, Heather previously held the role of Budget and Finance Manager at Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribal Health Center, where responsibilities included creating and monitoring the annual budget and preparing monthly financial reports. Prior experience includes over 14 years as Business Office Manager at Community Counseling Services, focusing on financial audits, accounts payable, and asset management. Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Dakota State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Programming from Southeast Tech.
