Currently, Holly is the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer for Navy Federal Credit Union. Holly leads the 350 person team responsible for all facets of human capital and internal communications. Navy Federal is a FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2020.
As senior vice president of people at Ellucian, Holly led the global human resources function including best-in-class HR business partners, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, leadership development and employee engagement to transform the culture in a fast growing software company.
Previously, she was the senior vice president of human resources at Deltek, vice president of human resources at Capital One Financial Corporation and held positions at Mobil Oil Corporation, Hay Group, and Accenture with emphasis on organizational development, leadership and talent development, change management, consulting, and business process reengineering.
Holly holds an MBA in human resources management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a BS in industrial engineering from Lehigh University.
