Holly Kortright

Holly Kortright is a successful business and human resources leader with over 25 years of experience in both Fortune 500 and mid-size organizations. She is a dynamic, resourceful, trustworthy, and insightful executive who delivers business results through talent. She is especially effective at partnering with and coaching leaders to drive change/transformation and to build cultures that engage high performing and diverse talent.

Currently, Holly is the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer for Navy Federal Credit Union. Holly leads the 350 person team responsible for all facets of human capital and internal communications. Navy Federal is a FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2020.

As senior vice president of people at Ellucian, Holly led the global human resources function including best-in-class HR business partners, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, leadership development and employee engagement to transform the culture in a fast growing software company.

Previously, she was the senior vice president of human resources at Deltek, vice president of human resources at Capital One Financial Corporation and held positions at Mobil Oil Corporation, Hay Group, and Accenture with emphasis on organizational development, leadership and talent development, change management, consulting, and business process reengineering.

Holly holds an MBA in human resources management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a BS in industrial engineering from Lehigh University.
