Renee Alexander

Renee Alexander, CWDP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the workforce services industry. Renee is currently working as the Senior Operations Director at Eckerd Connects since July 2021. In their previous role as Operations Director at the same organization from March 2019 to July 2021, Renee strategized, designed, planned, and implemented programs and processes to support business objectives, provided specialized consulting and project management, and had fiscal oversight with budget development.

Prior to Eckerd Connects, Renee worked as a Regional Manager at Eckerd Connects from May 2017 to March 2019, overseeing multiple WIOA projects and ensuring contractual performance goals were met or exceeded. Renee also had fiscal oversight and managed within budget. At Henkels & McCoy, Inc., Renee served as a Program Manager from May 2014 to April 2016, where they were responsible for the operation, coordination, and performance of SC Works Centers and developed partnerships with community service agencies.

Renee's earlier roles include Business Unit & Quality Assurance Manager at Rescare Education & Training from July 2010 to May 2014, where they established, implemented, and monitored processes over multiple service sites. Renee also worked at ResCare Workforce Services as Operations Manager, Work Readiness Supervisor, and Center Manager from June 2010 to January 2013, and at the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce as a Program Coordinator from January 2009 to June 2010.

Renee Alexander, CWDP, attended Tennessee State University but did not obtain a degree. Renee has additional certifications including GCDF from the Center for Credentialing & Education obtained in 2015, and CWDP from the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP).
