Damian Rogan

Director Of Facade Engineering at Eckersley O'Callaghan

Damian Rogan has extensive work experience in the field of facade engineering. Damian started their career at Dewhurst Macfarlane & Partners in 1999 as an Engineer and worked there until 2003. Damian then moved to Buro Happold in 2003, where they held a senior management position as an Associate in the facade engineering group. In this role, they led teams on projects in various regions, overseeing structural design work and utilizing different facade systems and materials. In 2012, Damian joined Eckersley O'Callaghan as the Director of Facade Engineering to establish and develop a facade engineering group in the London office. Under their leadership, the group has grown rapidly and achieved an impressive project portfolio and track record.

Damian Rogan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, which they obtained between 1995 and 1999. Damian also holds a Master of Science degree in City Design and Social Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science, which they obtained from 2006 to 2007.

We were awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation in 2010, and in 2014 won the Institution of Structural Engineers'​ highest accolade - the ‘Supreme Award for Excellence in Structural Engineering’ for Apple Zorlu Glass Lantern, Istanbul. In 2016, we were recognised as Building Awards ‘Engineering Consultant of the Year'​. We received our second Queen's Award for Enterprise in 2018, this time for International Trade, recognising three exceptional years of growth.
