Christian Paganetti

Christian Paganetti has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Christian is currently the Head of HR Plants & Supply Chain Germany at Eckes-Granini since March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Personalleiter [Prokurist] - Werk Bröl at Eckes-Granini from July 2020 to February 2023. Christian is also a Co-Founder at GoBeyond Coaching & Beratung UG since December 2021. In addition, they have worked as an HR Consultant at Christian Paganetti - HR- & Unternehmensberatung starting from August 2020. Before that, they were the Leiter Personal | Director HR at VNR Verlag für die Deutsche Wirtschaft AG from May 2019 to June 2020. Christian also has significant experience at TREIF Maschinenbau GmbH, where they served as the Leiter HR | Head of HR from September 2012 to April 2019 and as the Assistent der Geschäftsleitung / Personalreferent from October 2010 to August 2012. Christian began their career at Formel D, where they held various roles including Assistant Human Resources, Recruiting Generalist, and Praktikant Internationales Recruitment.

Christian Paganetti attended Universität Trier from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Diplom Soziologe specializing in Soziologie and BWL.
