Hermann Meerts has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Hermann is currently the CFO and Director of Finance & IT at Eckes-Granini Germany. Prior to that, they served as the Division CFO at Coty from 2016 to 2018. Hermann also held the position of Finance Leader at Wella Salon Professional DACH from 2012 to 2016. Before these roles, they worked at Procter & Gamble in various finance positions, including Global Customer Finance Manager, Corporate Tax, Senior Cost Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Hermann started their career as a Banker at Sparkasse Nettetal before moving on to Fidelity Investments for academic training.
Hermann Meerts obtained a High School Degree (Abitur) from Werner-Jaeger Gymnasium, Nettetal in 1991. Hermann then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Clark University, which they completed in 1998. Later, Hermann pursued another degree in Financing and Financial Markets, earning a Diplom-Volkswirt from Universität Trier in 2000.
