Elva Liang

Elva Liang, FCIA FSA, is an experienced Associate Director at Eckler Ltd. since September 2009, specializing in providing strategic solutions and consulting services to defined benefit pension clients across areas such as plan design, funding, risk management, and governance. Prior to this role, Elva completed an internship in Pension Actuarial at Eckler Ltd. where actuarial valuations and liability calculations were performed. Additional internship experiences include work in Individual Insurance Pricing at Manulife and Group Actuarial at Munich Re, focusing on a range of pricing and financial analysis tasks. Elva holds a B. Math in Honours Actuarial Science with a Finance Option from the University of Waterloo.
