Emmanuel Petroulakis

Emmanuel Petroulakis is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment strategy, policy development, and manager selection across various roles. Currently serving as Director of Investments at Eckler Ltd. since August 2021, Emmanuel has also contributed as a member of the Investment Committee for CancerCare Manitoba Foundation and held positions at Wellington-Altus Private Wealth as Senior Vice-President, at WCB Manitoba as Chief Investment Officer, and at the University of Manitoba as an instructor. Previous experience includes significant roles at Great-West Life, where Emmanuel was engaged in institutional investment counselling and financial advisor support, and at Assante Asset Management in product development. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors in Finance from the University of Manitoba.
