Paul McSkimming

Paul McSkimming has over 14 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management within the construction industry. Currently serving as Head of Buying and previously as Buying & Plant Manager at ECL Civil Engineering since September 2009, Paul has played a critical role in managing purchasing strategies and plant operations. Prior to this position, Paul was a Buyer at AD BLY Construction Ltd from July 2005 to September 2009, where expertise in sourcing and supplier management was developed.
