Elaura Rifkin

Elaura Rifkin serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Research Development at Eclaire Health since May 2016. Prior to this role, Elaura held the position of Manager of East Coast Investment Acquisitions at Pac1 Property Management from May 2014 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing real estate investment strategies and providing analysis for acquisitions. Earlier experience includes serving as Web Content Coordinator at The National Academies from September 2012 to May 2014, where Elaura developed online content and managed multiple website redesigns. Elaura holds a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Management from The George Washington University, a Master of Arts in Journalism and Public Affairs from American University, and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Communication Studies from the University of Oregon.
