Brian Fletcher, MBA

Brian Fletcher, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Brian has served in various positions within the Texas Army National Guard, including Deputy Commander, DIVARTY Commander, OIC Task Force Spartan, and Fire Support Coordinator. In these roles, they were responsible for planning, leadership, and training in artillery and air support operations. Brian also served as a Battalion Commander and Deputy Fire Support Coordinator.

Outside of the military, Fletcher has worked for Eclectic Innovative Solutions as the Owner and CEO, focusing on business software solutions. Brian has also been involved in the entertainment industry as the Co-Owner and Strategic Partner of Outerlife Studio, a live-action adventure and escape game company.

Additionally, Fletcher has held managerial positions at General Motors and AMD, where they were responsible for leading global staff and managing software development and delivery for ERP systems. Brian Fletcher, MBA has a strong educational background with a focus on military and operational studies, leadership, business management, and criminal justice. In 2016-2017, they attended the US Army Command and Staff College, where they earned an advanced military and operational studies degree (CGSC-AOC). Prior to that, in 2012-2013, they completed studies at the same institution, earning a degree in intermediate leadership (CGSC-ILE). In 2007-2008, they attended the University of Phoenix, obtaining an MBA in business management. Brian Fletcher also holds a BA in criminal justice/law enforcement from East Central University, which they earned during the years 1990-1995. Additionally, in January 2019, they obtained a certification as a Gold Partner from Acumatica.
