Kapil Jain

Kapil Jain currently serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at eClerx since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kapil Jain held various leadership positions at Infosys from 2000 to April 2023, including Executive Vice President and Global Head of Sales & Enterprise Capability at Infosys BPM, where responsibilities included managing a business that grew to $1 billion and 44,000 employees. Earlier career experiences include managerial roles at HSBC Investment Banking, ICRA, Jainco International Inc., and Indian Oxygen, focusing on corporate finance, credit rating, business development, and production planning. Kapil Jain holds an MBA in Finance and International Business as well as an MS in Operations Research and a BE in Industrial Engineering. Notably, education was pursued at institutions such as Stanford University Graduate School of Education and Case Western Reserve University.
