Mark A. deLaar is a Managing Director with global growth equity investor Summit Partners, and he focuses primarily on the healthcare services & technology and life sciences sectors. Mark’s board directorships and investment experience includes Advance Health (acquired by New Mountain Capital), Anesthetix (acquired by TeamHealth), Autobase (acquired by Dominion Enterprises), Club Champion, COMS Interactive (acquired by PointClickCare), EHE Health, Fermentas International (acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific), Immco Diagnostics (acquired by Trinity Biotech), MDVIP, Modernizing Medicine, My Dentist Holdings (acquired by Heartland Dental Care), OB Hospitalist Group (acquired by Ares Management) and Surgical Affiliates Management Group (SAMGI) and Wellcentive (acquired by Philips). Prior to Summit, Mark worked for DB Alex Brown, Banc of America Securities and Public Financial Management, and he served in the United States Army. He holds a BS from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
