Szilvia Konig has extensive experience in project management, specifically within the healthcare and technology industries. Starting at Merlin Information Systems Limited, Szilvia worked their way up from a Shared Support Helpdesk Administrator to an Account Service Delivery Manager, handling Tier I Service Desk performance for clinical trials. Transitioning to Oracle, Szilvia took on roles such as Account Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, and Lead Change Project Manager, overseeing various teams and projects. Currently, at eClinical Solutions, Szilvia serves as a Senior Project Manager, utilizing their skills in resource planning, KPI analysis, and team leadership. Konig holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature as well as History from the University of Miskolc.
