Erik Morton

Erik Morton is a Mechanical Engineer currently engaged at Eclipse Aerospace, Inc., focusing on optimizing product designs for enhanced manufacturing efficiency and defect reduction. Previously, while at nStone Corporation, Erik worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern, modeling cooling methods for data centers and contributing to net zero initiatives. As Powertrain and Electrical Lead for Formula SAE UNM LOBOmotorsports, Erik directed a team in the design and testing of an electric race car's powertrain system. Erik's early experience includes maintaining accounting records at Morton Accounting LLC and participating in aerospace mentorship at Southwest Sciences. Educational credentials include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of New Mexico.
