Heather Foster

Heather Foster has worked in the biotech industry since 2009. Heather began their career as a Genetics Lab Assistant at the Microbiology Lab Support Center at the University of Connecticut. In 2013, they moved to Multigen Diagnostics as a Lab Technologist and was responsible for analytical research and development of a novel molecular platform. In 2014, they joined Fate Therapeutics Inc. as a Research Associate I and conducted research on immuno-modulatory cells. In 2017, they joined Eclipsebio as an Associate Director of Operations, Associate Director of Program Management, Program Manager, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate. In their role as Associate Director of Program Management, they successfully managed 10-20 high-profile customer projects on a monthly basis, including Big Pharma and ivy league institutions. Heather was also responsible for over $2M in revenues and forecasting a 300% increase in sales next year.

Heather Foster attended the University of Connecticut from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology with a Minor in Molecular and Cell Biology. Heather then continued their education at the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA.
