Martin Battaglia

Martin Battaglia is the CEO of Eclipse Business Capital. Martin has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in corporate finance and distressed situations.

Martin started their career in 1985 as a Senior Vice President at LaSalle Business Credit. Martin then spent four years as a Senior Managing Director at PPM Finance before joining LaSalle Bank Midwest as a Group Senior Vice President in 2001.

In 2009, Martin became the CEO of Hilco Recovery Strategies, where they provided expert financial and collateral advisory services to lenders and borrowers in distressed situations. In 2011, they joined Deloitte Corporate Finance as a Managing Director and led the U.S. debt advisory practice.

Martin has been with Eclipse Business Capital since 2014 and has been instrumental in helping middle market companies navigate complex and difficult capital needs and alternatives.

Martin Battaglia received their BS in Accounting from DePaul University and their MBA in Finance from the DePaul University - Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
