Andrew Lantz

Andrew Lantz is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in research and development within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Sr. Principal R&D Engineer at Eclipse Regenesis since June 2021, Andrew previously held roles as Principal R&D Engineer at Tusker Medical, where contributions included the development of ENT surgical devices, and as an R&D Consultant specializing in innovative medical device projects. Previous positions also include Sr. R&D Engineer at Miramar Labs, Staff R&D Engineer at Pivot Medical, and engineer roles at XTENT, where Andrew led various projects from device commercialization to mechanical design improvements. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
