Michelle Sabourin

Michelle Sabourin has extensive work experience in project management and customer service delivery. Michelle is currently working as a Project Manager in Consulting Services at Eclipsys Solutions Inc. Since joining Pythian in 2014, they have held multiple roles including Customer Service Delivery PMO, Operations Manager, Customer Success Team Manager, and Customer Success (Service Delivery) Coordinator. Prior to Pythian, Michelle worked as an Account Executive at RjR Innovations from 2011 to 2013. Michelle also has experience at SiGe Semiconductor as a Manager of Customer Support and Sales and Operations Specialist from 2000 to 2008, and at Newbridge Networks as a Manager of International Customer Service from 1989 to 1999.

Michelle Sabourin has a background in Psychology from the University of Ottawa. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including ITIL 2011 Foundations from Loyalist Certification Services in May 2012. Michelle is also certified by the Ontario Society of Medical Technologists (OSMT) and has a certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician, both obtained in 2010.
