Cesar Armando Rico Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Cesar Armando started their career as an Internal Auditor at Lexmark, where they led internal audits and ensured compliance with Sarbanes and Oaxley 404 regulations. Cesar Armando then joined UTIL as a Finance Supervisor, overseeing financial and administrative functions for US and Mexican operations.

Rodriguez then moved to Emerson as a Finance Manager, responsible for all financial aspects of two entities and providing financial analysis and guidance. During their tenure, they obtained a Physical Inventory Certification waiver and implemented a new budget system for payroll.
