Jennifer Zeisler has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries. Jennifer began their career as a Public Relations Intern with Northern Light Health in 2001 and then served as a Development Intern at Hampton Roads Community Foundation in 2001-2002. Jennifer later worked as a Program Intern at The Clowes Fund, Inc. from 2002-2004. Jennifer then joined Community Partnerships with Youth, Inc. as a Consultant from 2003-2004 and concurrently served as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Community Service at IUPUI from 2003-2004.
Their experience also includes roles at Virginia Arts Festival as a Receptions Coordinator in 2005 and as an Outreach Specialist at the United States Peace Corps from 2005-2007. Jennifer continued their work with the Peace Corps as an NGO Advisor from 2007-2010. Jennifer then transitioned to the Clinton Global Initiative, where they worked as a Commitments Senior Manager from 2010-2015.
Their most recent position was with ECMC Foundation, where they served as a Senior Program Director from May 2015 to the present. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated a commitment to various sectors, including education, youth programs, and global initiatives, making their a versatile professional with a wealth of experience.
Jennifer Zeisler holds a Master of Arts degree in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Jennifer also has a Master of Public Affairs degree in Nonprofit Management from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Communications from Old Dominion University. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has obtained a certification in "Hiring an Employee for Managers" from LinkedIn, which they completed in April 2021.
