Dan Fisher

Dan Fisher is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within ECMC Group, serving as Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel since January 2011. Prior to this, Dan Fisher held the position of VP and Associate General Counsel at ECMC from November 2000 to December 2010, where responsibilities included managing the in-house legal department and overseeing a national bankruptcy litigation network. Earlier experience includes serving as a Trial Defense Counsel in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. Dan Fisher holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Hamline University.
