To provide the necessary equipment, education, and training to any healthcare organization or individual practioner with the goal to utilize Extracoporeal Life Support (ECLS) to decrease mortality and improve patient outcomes.

To create a culture of medicine that fully understands the risk and benefits of Extracoporeal Life Support (ECLS), the technology of Extracoporeal Membrane Oxygenation, and appropriately implements ECLS to reduce mortality and improve patient outcomes in any healthcare setting; Intensive Care, Cath Lab, Emergency Department and Prehospital Emergency Medical Services.
