Alayna Duwa

Alayna Duwa, CPA, currently serves as an Accounting Manager at ECN Capital since June 2022, where responsibilities include managing quarterly and annual reporting, assisting in month-end close processes, and facilitating audits. Prior experience encompasses roles as Accounting Supervisor and Senior Accountant at Unified Women's Healthcare, focusing on audit preparation, financial transaction accuracy, and integration of acquired markets. Alayna has also held positions such as Senior Accountant I at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., where duties involved management of staff accountants and fixed asset reconciliation, as well as Audit Experienced Associate at Grant Thornton LLP, training new auditors. Earlier career roles include Foundation Accountant at Waycrosse, Inc., and Associate at CliftonLarsonAllen, managing teams and providing financial guidance.
