Chris Brown has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Chris has worked as the Director of Group Finance at ECO Animal Health Group PLC, where they were responsible for developing and marketing veterinary pharmaceuticals. Chris also served as the Interim Finance Director at MASS, supporting the MD and senior leadership team in delivering technology solutions. As the Chief Financial Officer at Domainex Ltd., they provided expert chemistry and biology research services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners. Chris also founded their own company, Brown FD Solutions Ltd, and worked as the Interim UK Finance Director at Misco UK. Additionally, Chris has held senior finance roles at Envigo, Autonomy Corporation plc, Spanlink Ltd, Omnicom, and Hill and Knowlton (UK) Ltd. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic decision-making, and process improvement.
Chris Brown obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Imperial College London. In addition to their degree, they also hold the certification of Associate Membership from the Association of Corporate Treasurers, which was obtained in 1997, and the certification of FCA from ICAEW, obtained in 1991.
