Lauren Vazquez has an extensive background in operations and customer service management, currently serving as Head of Operations at Eco Approach since January 2023. Previously, Lauren held various roles at British Gas from March 2015 to December 2022, including Customer Delivery Manager, where leadership of multidisciplinary teams focused on delivering exceptional customer service and business outcomes. Additional positions included Electrical Vehicle Installer, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring safety standards, cost control, and successful installation of electrical systems, and Safety Assurance BGSM, where Lauren implemented risk reduction strategies and fostered a strong safety culture. Lauren also worked as a Smart Energy Coach, emphasizing performance management and team development. Educationally, Lauren attended Stationers' Crown Woods Academy from 2004 to 2009.
