Sid Novella

Sid Novella is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Network Administrator at Eco-Energy LLC since April 2024, Sid previously held roles as a Network Operations Center Technician II and Network Engineer at United Communications from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, Sid worked at G5 as a Junior Network Administrator and Technical Support Specialist, focusing on network device monitoring and maintenance, as well as troubleshooting hardware and imaging systems. Experience also includes deployment and datacenter technician roles at TEKsystems, along with technical support for iOS at IBEX | Global. Sid's background in customer service is further reinforced by positions at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Sid holds an Associate of Science in Computer/Information Technology - Networking from the College of Southern Nevada and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
