Warren McGrath

Warren McGrath is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental consultancy and leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Sponsor for the Tetra Pride Employee Resource Group at Tetra Tech since April 2021, Warren facilitates discussions and resources for the LGBTQIA+ community and allies within the organization while representing the group at the Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility Council. As Head of Strategy and Senior Principal at Eco Logical Australia Pty Ltd since September 2010, Warren drives strategic planning, oversees various teams in renewable energy, and manages environmental assessment projects. Warren also held multiple leadership roles at Eco Logical, including Company Secretary and Acting Chief Operations Officer, and previously served as Deputy Mayor for the City of Vincent. Warren's early career included significant roles at Strategen and Murdoch University, where contributions to environmental science and research were pivotal. Warren holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science (hons) from Murdoch University.
