Winnie Hiew

Winnie Hiew is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Manager for Human Resources (Talent Acquisition & Talent Management) at eco-shop Malaysia since September 2025. Prior to this, Winnie held multiple roles at Esthetics International Group, including Assistant Manager and Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition from February 2020 to September 2025. Winnie's career also includes experience as a Human Resources Executive at Kotcodes PLT and as an HR and Admin Executive at Global Beauty International Sdn Bhd. Winnie holds a Bachelor of Banking and Finance from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, where studies spanned from 2013 to 2015, and also completed a High School Diploma in Banking and Finance at the same institution from 2011 to 2013.
