Mikaela Kirby

Mikaela Kirby is a Recruiting Manager at Eco. Mikaela was previously a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page from October 2019 to September 2021. In 2020, they were Rookie of the Year and Top Biller, Tech. Mikaela was also Customer Champion Award Runner Up (most 5 star client reviews) and closed office record deal.

From May 2018 to October 2019, they were Store Manager at Saje Natural Wellness. Mikaela was responsible for managing all store operations, including finance, talent, marketing, merchandising, and inventory. Mikaela took store in double-digit negative growth to positive double-digit increases, while maintaining highest AVS/AOV and IPT/UPT in the company. Mikaela also maintained monthly A+ mystery shop results through consistent coaching and training of growth-oriented A players, regularly implementing individualized growth plans to increase engagement.

Mikaela Kirby has a Bachelor of Arts from New York University in Positive Human Development, as well as a bachelor's degree from Staples High School.
