Ecoalex is here to tackle one of the largest areas of energy use in the UK, our houses. We all recognise that we need to make the most of our scarce resources and modern homes built to new regulations such as the Code for Sustainable Homes go a long way towards achieving this.

However most of us don't live in a new build house but are in a Victorian terrace or a flat in a Georgian town house with all their eccentricities, draughts and large windows. So what can we do to reduce our consumption without knocking them down and starting again?

Ecoalex offers a bespoke service for your house. An initial assessment of your property will reveal opportunities to improve your home that will suit all budgets. From this assessment we can then help you implement the projects that you like and help you make your home a greener more efficient place to live.

I also offer design and installation of green roofs and rain gardens for your home.
