Product Support Engineer at ecoATM

Paulo Leyva has worked at multiple companies throughout their career. In 2009, they started as a Merchandise and Customer Assistant at Sears, Roebuck and Co., where they worked until 2010. In 2014, they joined the Lakeside Union School District as an Information Technology Summer Intern. Later that year, they also began working at ecoATM Gazelle as a Tier 1 Technical Support until 2016. Paulo then progressed to the role of Tier 2 Technical Support until the end of 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Technical Support Lead at ecoATM Gazelle. Currently, they hold the position of Product Support Engineer at the same company.

Paulo Leyva completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Network Systems at ITT Technical Institute-San Diego from 2011 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems and Cyber Security from the same institution, completing it in 2014.
