Olabode Ladenegan

Olabode Ladenegan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at EDC Fund Management Limited since February 2012 and as Group Manager Legal/Head Legal Anglophone Cluster at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated since July 2011, Olabode has also held the position of Non Executive Director at Old Mutual General Insurance Company Nigeria Limited from February 2014 to August 2022. Previous roles include Head of the Credit Legal Department at StanbicIBTC Bank PLC and Head of the Legal Department at Access Investments & Securities, as well as Head of Legal and Compliance at Afrinvest West Africa. Olabode holds an LL.B in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University and completed studies at the Nigerian Law School from 1988 to 1989.
