OMOWAYE Olubusuyi is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in customer care management. Currently serving as the Manager of Consumer and Corporate Bank Customer Care at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated since July 2021, Omowaye oversees the coordination of the Corporate and Commercial Banking team. Previously, from July 2016 to June 2021, Omowaye was the Team Lead for Premier and Advantage Banking Customer Care at Ecobank Nigeria, managing a team focused on high-net-worth individual customers. Additionally, Omowaye led the Ecobank email team at the regional Contact Centre. Omowaye holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Lagos, obtained in December 2006.
