Bilen has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector as a Renewable Energy Consultant with Net-Zero-Solution and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Butamax Advanced Biofuels and Vice President of Project Development at bp. Earlier roles at ConocoPhillips included Technical Interface Manager, Gas Development Manager, and Capital Projects Engineer. Bilen holds an MBA from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
