Maheshwari Shirsath has a diverse work experience in various companies. Maheshwari started their career as an Intern at John Deere in 2014 and then continued to work there as a Post Graduate Engineer Trainee from 2015 to 2016. During this time, they gained experience in low-level software development using C++, C, and Qt on Linux. Maheshwari also acquired knowledge in automotive Ethernet, unified diagnostics services on IP, TCP/IP, CAN/CAN FD, J1939, ISO 26262, ISO-11783-10 (ISOBUS), and ISO-14229.

After their trainee program, Maheshwari joined John Deere as a Senior Engineer from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they focused on the development of embedded applications for John Deere displays, specifically the Generation 4 Command Center. Their responsibilities included software design using UML modeling, implementing object-oriented designs and design patterns, and working with multilayered software architecture and Linux internals.

In 2019, Maheshwari moved to Garland Canada, A Welbilt Company, where they worked as a Software Engineer until 2021. Maheshwari then joined ecobee as an Embedded Developer.

Maheshwari Shirsath completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Government College of Engineering in Jalgaon from 2009 to 2013. Maheshwari then pursued their Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering (A Govt. Aided Autonomous Institute) in Sangli-M.S from 2013 to 2015.
