Megha Mistry has a diverse work experience in various roles. Megha started their career as a Telephone Interviewer at Access Research Inc., where they conducted surveys and collected feedback for different companies. Megha then worked as a Student Technologist at George Brown College, providing audio/video support in classrooms and troubleshooting related issues. Following this, Megha worked as a Head Cashier at Lucky Supermarket, where they handled customer queries, sold groceries, and managed cash registers. Megha then gained technical support experience at Rogers Communications as a Technical Support Consultant, providing troubleshooting assistance for Ignite Modem, Home Phone, and TV. Currently, Megha is working at ecobee as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to various models of ecobee thermostats and sensors, as well as assisting customers with installations and providing email support.
Megha Mistry completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology at Thakur College Of Engineering and Technology.
