Technical Customer Support Specialist, EMEA at Webflow

Stephen Ng'ang'a has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Technical Customer Support Specialist at Webflow since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success Specialist at Glue Up from December 2019 to April 2021, where they supported and trained clients, collaborated with sales and marketing teams, and organized events in the EMEA region. Before that, Stephen served as a Creative Director at Dewfall Studios from September 2018 to November 2019. Additionally, they held various roles at Timeless Women of Wonder Foundation, including ICT & Design Lead and Communications Intern, from March 2018 to July 2018 and from October 2017 to February 2018, respectively. In these positions, Stephen contributed to website creation, branding, program launches, conference automation, and network administration. Lastly, they worked as an ICT & PR Intern at ADRA Kenya from June 2017 to October 2017, where they provided technical support, assisted with projects, and developed a modern website for the organization.

Stephen Ng'ang'a completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from The Technical University of Kenya. Stephen attended the university from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, Stephen also obtained the following certifications: Technical Support Fundamentals from Coursera in May 2020 and EF SET English Certificate with a score of 76/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in March 2020.
