Sawroop K. ( Sania)

Sawroop (Sania) K. started their work experience in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative at Beck, where they answered phones, processed orders, and resolved conflicts. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Customer Service Supervisor at the same company. In 2016, they worked as a Dispatcher at Beck until 2017. In 2018, Sawroop joined Seneca College as an IT Versatilist until 2022. In 2019, they became a Senior Technical Team Lead at ecobee. Their most recent role was as a Product Manager Intern at Co.Lab, where they collaborated with a team to conceptualize and plan the development of a Walk-In Clinic app, conducted market research, and designed a solution.

Sawroop (Sania) K. attended Seneca College from 2017 to 2018, studying Computer Programming. During their educational journey, they have also obtained several certifications. In January 2022, they completed the "HTML Essential Training" from LinkedIn. Then, in May 2022, they acquired certifications for "Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA" and "Software Testing Foundations: Test Techniques" also from LinkedIn. Most recently, in July 2023, Sawroop earned a "Co.Lab SPRINT Product Management Certificate" from Co.Lab \ud83d\ude80 joincolab.io.
