Ousman Njie

Ousman Njie has a diverse work experience in a variety of industries. Ousman started their professional journey as a Business Analyst at Allscripts, where they utilized their problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve issues impacting business operations. Ousman also provided valuable insights to the sales team through the analysis of open orders, backlog, and sales data.

In 2020, Ousman joined Keller Williams Realty, Inc. as a Real Estate Agent. In this role, they communicated with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, negotiated and managed real estate transactions, and presented purchase offers to sellers for consideration.

Ousman then transitioned to Dascena in 2021, where they served as a Site Coordinator. Ousman coordinated site investigations, documented issues, and escalated them to executive teams. Ousman also identified community resources and networked with local officials to coordinate operations of a Covid-19 test/collection site while ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.

In the same year, Ousman took on the position of an Administrative Coordinator at Brookdale. Here, they prepared detailed documents and reports in adherence to administrative processes, worked closely with others to accomplish timely invoicing and accounts receivables, and educated clinicians and administrative staff regarding policy and procedure.

Most recently, Ousman became a Business Development Representative at Ecobot in 2023. With a focus on the environmental regulatory industry, they combine expertise from environmental consulting and enterprise software development to create intuitive and impactful technology for environmental fieldwork.

Ousman Njie completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Health at East Carolina University, which they attended from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at The George Washington University from 2020 to 2022.
