Carla Hammoud

Carla Hammoud is an experienced procurement and grants specialist with a demonstrated history in procurement management, currently serving at ECODIT since March 2021. Prior to this role, Carla worked at the Rene Moawad Foundation from January 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included preparing tender documents, conducting procurement activities under the RMF/BALADI program, and identifying suppliers in compliance with USAID regulations. Carla's procurement career began at Azadea Group, spanning from 2010 to January 2017, where roles included Junior Procurement Specialist and Assistant Shop Manager, focusing on requisitions, vendor negotiations, and inventory management. Carla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Beirut Arab University, earned in 2013.
