Daniel Schultz Cruz, MSEE, PE, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Technical Services Manager at EcoEléctrica since March 2024. Previously, Daniel held the position of Puerto Rico Manager at UNIRAC, Inc. from January 2023 to February 2024, and worked at EcoEléctrica as a Performance Engineer from January 2019 to January 2023. Daniel's significant experience includes serving as Principal Supervisor Engineer at PREPA from February 2008 to January 2019, where responsibilities included planning the distribution system and deploying smart grid technologies. Additionally, Daniel has contributed to research at the National Energy Technology Laboratory and Oak Ridge National Laboratory, focusing on power flow simulation and energy efficiency, respectively. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez.
