Urszula Szalkowska

Urszula Szalkowska is a seasoned professional in the fields of energy transition, climate compliance, and market intelligence. Currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Consultant for Europe at EcoEngineers since March 2023, Urszula leads efforts to assist clients navigating the energy landscape. Prior roles include Global Business Manager at SGS, where strategic management of market intelligence services and consulting for regulatory compliance was central, as well as engagements at ClientEarth and various independent consulting projects focused on EU energy policies. Urszula has extensive experience in analytical studies, policy advocacy, and legal frameworks, having previously held key positions at Hart Energy Publishing, UOKiK, and the National Association of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. Urszula holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Commercial, Civil, Administrative, and European Law from the University of Warsaw.
